The double room with a balcony, shower, and private bathroom here is excellent, and the location is wonderful, just a 10-minute walk from a big museum.

Everything was perfect, incredibly nice staff, amazing location not far from Sultanahmet mosque, sea side with parks and kids playground and Mosque and Museum. We had the double room which was reasonably large and beautifully designed with private bathroom.

The staff were fantastic. I can honestly say I felt like I was staying with friends rather than at a hotel. They were full of info and ready to help with a smile and a cup of tea if you would like one. They even cooked me dinner twice. Its right in the middle of town which is handy. They serve you breakfast in your room or balcony. I traveled all through europe and can say they had the most friendly service. Highly recomended

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with warm blankets. Terrace and double glazed windows were available here. It was based in nice building in a magnificent location, close to all the main attractions...

Ideal location! Just a stone's throw away from major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, shops, and restaurants. Plus, we got to chill by the lake, which was just a 20-minute walk from here. 🌟

The host was very accommodating, he organized pick up and return to Turkish Bath, he even took my husband to the barbers on the back of his scooter. Very convenient location, close to Blue Mosque and other tourist sights. Close to restaurants. Good size balcony with a sea view.
A little close to railway line and highway, rooms not soundproof.

Hotel staff was really welcoming and friendly,I could reach the tourist attractions within minutes.Hotel Staff picked us up from the tram station.Breakfast was served to the room which overlooks the beautiful sea.
There should have been a better dining hall.

The hotel was wonderful and clean. the room had all necessary facilities like a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. - the bed was comfortable. - the staff were very helpful and friendly, multilingual. - the location was quiet, in the old town, in a good area.

Very friendly staff always willing to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make me fell at home - Emin on reception was always a pleasure to talk with. The staff ordered airport taxi pickup with no problems and the breakfast was fresh everyday with a good selection. Very good value for the quality of accomodation compared to other Istanbul hotels. There is a small shop literally next door for any small supplies needed and the location is perfect for visitors to the city who wish to stay in the old city.
The one downside is that the keys to the room should be a bit smaller as a bit large to carry around. I suggest the staff look to improve this.

Nothing
Its dirty place, dirty sheets can see it from one of pictures attached. Much moisture on the ceiling and walls!! Bad service, they say that have a bottle of wine in a room - NO SUCH. TV with absolute worst signal. The rooms with the view are rooms with TRAINS passes really less than 3/4 meters away, goes literally “between your legs”. It is just awful place. Shame for the famous Turkish hospitality.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
